Can Bonfire have a time out or auto-pause?

jpall October 17, 2012

This question came up at my company's onBoarding for Bonfire.

If someone starts a session, and forgets to pause or complete it, Bonfire keeps tracking the time, right?

What can we do?

  • Is there a reset or recalculation of time (like you can adjust time logged in Jira)?
  • Can we get a tool or option to auto-pause after a certain time-out period?

Hi there

Referring to your configuration request, there is already a feature request being raised in here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BON-417 which is related to Sessions should automatically pause after a certain amount of time of inactivity, and be automatically paused or completed if a user is deleted / archived / inactivated

Please feel free to vote on it to increase its popularity and add yourself as watcher in order to receive any latest updates from the developer and feedback from other user that is facing the same issue.

Cheers and hopefully it helps :)
