Bulk merge users accounts from different directories

Hi Support,

I'm migrating from Atlassian Hosted Jira to Enterprise Hosted Jira using Crowd.

After importing the entities.xml backup file into a stage Jira installation I got duplicated usernames.

Users from the Internal Directory and users from my Crowd Directory (syncing with Active Directory).

I need a way to bulk merge users accounts from this two directories and import a new xml into the production Jira installation.

I found way to merge user using a plugin call Script Runner but I can't provide a list of users to merge.
