Ah, ok, that's an OnDemand installation.
You could raise it with OnDemand support, but you're probably wasting your time. OnDemand is regularly updated, so the build number will change quite a lot. It's also pretty much irrelevant to most users, so I'm not sure why you'd want to document it.
