Bug on JIRA Suit Utilities V1.2.X

when try to complete an issue we get following error:

Unable to update custom field 'customfield_10300' - Resolution For General Task in issue REP-15622

the workflow complete transaction set post condition to set value of Resolution For General Task (custom field) to 'completed' and it caused above error.

Roll back to old version V 1.0.1 problem fixed.

We'll keep use old version till early next year jira version upgrade (V4.4.5 to V5.X). Hopefully this bug has been filed in jira-suit utilities update version

Hi David,

I don't believe you're encountering a bug here because v1.2.x and v1.0.1 are compatible with different versions of JIRA and there is no overlap between the versions that are compatible, so if you have downgraded to use v1.0.1 and it is now working then the version of JIRA you are using isn't compatible with v1.2.x and this is why you will have had problems.
