Bonfire Version in OnDemand

The Bonfire plugin version in OnDemand is extremely old (1.3.2) and the current version of Bonfire is (1.7.1). The primary reason we switched to the OnDemand instance of JIRA is so that we didn't have to manage upgrades.

We have also been waitng on BON-34 forever which was resolved recently.

Is there any way to get Bonfire updated to the latest version?

After doing some checking, it looks like the next update to Bonfire for OnDemand will bump it up to v.1.7.x. The good news is that it looks like everything on track to have it rolled out possibly as soon as this weekend. The bad news is that release dates and versions are subject to change. It is a priority to get template sharing available for Bonfire so v1.7 will be rolled out as soon as possible.

In the meantime, unfortunately, the OnDemand infrastructure does not allow for us to install custom/custom version plugins.
