Hi,

 

We use JIRA v7.0.2 and we are trying Big Picture add-on for portfolio management.

We used the “Enter Safe Mode” function, then tried to restore it with previous configuration. But system failed, says the log message. Now there is no Enable option for it.

Can you help me on enabling it without uninstalling. Because I am afraid I can loose the configurations I made, if I uninstall the application.

Hi,

Fear not - uninstalling and then installing the add-on once again will not make you lose any configuration. You can safely try it, and it if does not help, then restarting and re-indexing JIRA is recommended.
