Help! I have given the Gantt user Access to the Brows User permission. It did not resolve this problem:
Insufficient JIRA permissions
System user addon_eu.softwareplant.biggantt does not have proper privileges to access BigGantt. To validate your authorization level, you need to visit Global Permissions page and grant Browse Users permission to addon_eu.softwareplant.biggantt.
