Bidirectional Integration YouTrack-Zendesk?


I am setting the integration of YouTrack with Zendesk and have a doubt.

I have to create an issue in Zendesk, and inmediately went to create a tag in YOutrack, but when I put a new event in the tag ( a new comment, change de priority or something else ) it has not a reversion in Zendesk ticket. None change in it.

I´d like to know if the comunication between YouTrack and Zendesk it could be bidirectional or not, and in case of yes, how I can implement it?.

Could you explain what this has to do with Confluence?

Hi Nic,

Sorry, nothing relationship with Confluence, it was a mistake opening the question tag.

We are using Zendesk Enterprise and YouTrack 6.0 and trying integrate both. We have sucess creating a ticket through a external email account in Zendesk, and vinculate the Zendesk ticket with Youtrack.

The piece we lose is when you make a change in the YouTrack tag, as a comment, a change of priority, or state or others, it doesn´t have a reflection in the Zendesk ticket.

So we have it comunication Zendesk to Youtrack, but not Youtrack to Zendesk.

That´s the way we need.
