Best gadget for SLA tracking?

What is the best gadget out there to track if an issue is 1) within SLA, 2) almost meeting SLA and/or 3) out of SLA (date(s))?

For SLA tracking purposes you wil need a third party plugin, and here are the best plugins available for this purpose:

- https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.servicedesk(JIRA Service Desk)

the first one is probably the best bet and most reasonable. the second one it looks like you can do more customizations and there are other things added to it that i dont really need.
