I'm not sure what you mean by 'migrate mysql artifacts', but maybe you can try to configure artifact sharing between jobs?
Also, maybe you can create a script that does this for you? Basically, Bamboo can execute anything that can be executed from command line. So if you can create a script that can be executed via command line in order to 'migrate mysql artifacts', you can configure Bamboo to run this script using a Script task.
