Autofill Table using jquery

Good Day!

I am attempting to autofill table information with names of other confluence pages.
This will work in a synchronous state, so as soon as you add a new confluence page under a certain folder. Then the table on another page will update, with the new item and link to the new page. Is this doable through jquery?

I have enabled the HTML through system addons, however I have been unable to get it to function. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using a User Macro to pull in the children under a specific parent, then displaying that as a table?
