Auto create fields

Hi,

We are looking to turn out current Purchase Order process into a workflow in JIRA. One problem we want to solve is dynamically building line items in a ticket, e.g.

Quantity, Item No., Item Desc., Unit Price, Total Price.

This would be one line item (fields). What we would like to do is:

1) Have these fields horizontally (not sure if that is possible)

2) Be able to add additional rows of these fields (or if horizontally is not possible, a set of these fields) dynamically at runtime (time the ticket is filled in).

We are using JIRA version: 4.4.5#665

I've seen a customer using the Table Grid Editor commercial plugin to have their order arranged nicely and calculated to sum out the total. You could see how this works via the plugin's video:

Wow, that may be exactly what we need. I'll run it by folks internally before accepting your answer :-)
