Atlassian support system configuration

Im just curious. What's the typical system configuration (PC specs) of an Atlassian Support Engineer?

Like I mean a system used by a support engineer in terms of Ram, Processor, etc.

Marking answered and closing since the question not not related to any of the Atlassian products. Was just curious about the PC specs. Thanks Zulfadli

Start with this -

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA052/JIRA+Requirements

Or do you mean, of support.atlassian.com which is heavily customized on many levels (permissions, workflows, fields, answers widgets, much much)

Maybe you are looking for a resource like this to start with?

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Using+JIRA+for+Helpdesk+or+Support

haha added more to my question

Yeah by system configuration I mean system specifications
