Atlassian Confluence 4.3.3 editor is missing WIKI view

We just upgraded to Confluence 4.3.3 and the WIKI view in the editor is gone.

How do we get it back?

Assuming you upgraded from a version prior to 4, you will find that Confluence now stores its data as xhtml and only has a WYSIWYG editor. You can still use some wiki shortcuts (eg. "h1.") and define specific wiki style areas using the {wiki} macro.

You might want to check out Atlassian's Confluence Source Editor if you need to tweak content.
