Assignee can not receive the email notification when add comments on issue.

I had added the Current Assignee into the Notification Schemes for Issue Commented event, but when I added a comment on the issue, why the Assignee could not receive the email notification?

In this issue,I am the assignee and comment was added by myself.

Sounds like you may have a user preference that says 'dont notify me of changes I make', it crops up a lot. See My Changes in:
