Are service desk administrators also billed as agents?

maria@projectricochet.com October 8, 2015

I'd like to understand how the billing for the service desk will be changed.

Currently we have two agents, four administrators, and 20+ customers.

We currently are paying $150 for service desk.

Per the new licensing details, we should pay 3 users (agents): $10?

or because we have 4 administrators, 4*$20=*$80?

How will our pricing be?

Also, if this is effective on the bill after 11October (we have JIRA service desk 3.0), should our estimate for the 4Nov-4Dec time period show $150 for Service Desk?

Assuming you mean jira-administrators, no.  They're not agents because they're admins.

Of course, you could have someone in the admin group and as an agent, they would count, but admin rights does not mean "is an agent"
