Allowing customers to submit bugs

I am a one man operation. I am using the 10 user version of Jira. I am wondering if there is any way I can create a form on my web site that will allow my customers to simply add issues, such that they do NOT have to have an account.

My thought is: Can I create a special user, website, and the form on my web site collects the info needed from my user and then my web site logs in as the website user and submits the bug.
