All tickets created in JIRA SD are automatically assigned to me. Where do I find this setting?

I am the project manager, and i have set up a few rules to assign certain requests, but every ticket that comes in comes in as assigned to me is there a way to change this? I cannot find the setting to control this.

Did you look under Project Settings --> Users & Roles --> Default Assignee?
