Adding custom per-page HTML to head in Confluence 5.x (meta tags for SEO)

I'm trying to apply some SEO for a public Confluence 5.1.1 site and am direly in need for a solution regarding meta tags to the head section. I have been able to use custom HTML to add the meta tags but this applies to ALL pages. What I want is to apply meta tags to the head section on a per-page basis.

I have searched the answers here but the suggested EasySomething plugin isn't available for Confluence 5.x. I have to admit, I'm stunned that there is no workable SEO plugin for Confluence. Or did I miss anything?
