Is there any way, to add plugins to the ondemand suite? E.g. have Atlassian support team install plugins such as WebDav and Google Docs plugins to an OnDemand instance?

Unfortunately we can't install arbitrary plugins on OnDemand instances, see our Plugin Policy for details.
