I was attempting to raise a support issue for my Atlassian University account, but there is no option for it in the Product dropdown on support.atlassian.com.
I think it might be a good idea to add this, so we can choose it if there are any issues with our University accounts.
I think you've basically asked in the wrong place. These are user forums, and although Atlassian lurk here, and often post, there's nothing that says they have to, and they don't tend to pick up "support" issues here.

I'm sorry you had to wait so long for a response. Nic is correct that we try to post responses here as soon as we see them, but we (University) doesn't monitor it regularly. I did set up a notification for anything tagged "Atlassian University" so I'll hopefully be able to get back to you faster in the future. You can always email University directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any isses about University (this is also posted in the FAQs on the University webpage). In addition, you can provide feedback on every page within the University product (there is a feedback button on every page on the top right). Again, I'm sorry for the slow response!
