Account Deactive

I'm a newbee user for Bitbucket and sorry about i forgot my password.After i had tried to login my account about 3 times , the account was locked.

My Account has been deactived about 2 days and i can't reset my password by email.
How long will it be reactive because i want to reset my password by my email ?

Please help me!

I'm afraid we can't help you - we're a community of end users, not admins. You'll need to contact Atlassian support directly (Although, the password reset implies you've put in the wrong email address, or your mail server is binning the incoming mail for some reason)
