What are the chances of getting access to logs for the OnDemand applications? When I was troubleshooting email handler issues I was working blind. It would have been nice to tail the logs.
(Ok, I know I won't be able to tail the logs in OnDemand, but, it would be nice to be able to request the logs via the admin interface.)
I'm not sure, but maybe you can do a request in the support.atlassian.com in the same way people do to request a backup of the instance. Just create an issue there and make the request. At least they would tell you if there's something to do.
