A user Cloned an Issue and it simply created a clone link to itself; it didn't create a new Issue record.

When a user attempted to Clone an Issue, it simply created a clone link to itself instead of creating a new Issue record. Any ideas on what may cause this?

Thanks for the reply Zulfadli but I got it figured out. It was a Validator on the Create transition that was causing this. The Validator required the user to have Create Issue permissions AND also be a project Administrator. This particular user had Create Issue privs but was NOT a project admin.

If my mind doesn't play tricks on me, I think some plugin is causing this but I can't remember what. I'll update here when I found out
