Yes. Assuming you are talking about confluence pages, then it's built in. If you're talking about something else, you really need to explain the requirements...

Does the Confluence have a version control of documents?

A simple one - if you add a file with the same name as an existing one, it'll get uploaded as a new version, not a replacement.
