Transission from Onprem til Cloud Confluence

I did convert our confluence onpremise solution to the confluence cloud, but I cant see them. They are visible under under 'space persmissions' but when I give my user all the rights to admin and view them, they all still not visible under 'All spaces'.

There seems to be missing some kind of reindex.

Hi Søren,

When you go to Space Permissions, next to each of the spaces, do you see Recover Permissions listed there?

  1. Click Recover Permissions. Text changes to Manage Permissions.
  2. Click Manage Permissions. This then shows you the space's full permissions, and you can either add yourself to the group that has access, or add your individual user to access there.

Something happend overnigth. Now I can see all the spaces, under 'All spaces'

All my spaces has 'Manage permissions' next to it.

Glad your issue is resolved! It's likely the indexing occurred naturally overnight, but if you ever need something manually reindexed in the future you can contact our Cloud Support team and they'll be able to help you with that!
