We were able to access the two Application info links till last Friday. But some how from Friday night these turned up as "no page found" error coming up on screen.

As a follow up for support assistance above link turned up me to Atlassian Confluence support community.
So, Could you find out and let us know if there any changes / updates happen for these URL screens?
That suggests the proxy server is not able to reach those pages.
We can't tell you about the config of your servers, we're just end-users as well. I think you need to talk to your admins.
