Notify watchers without change details being sent. Just an email notification with a link.

Is there a way for watchers on a page to receive an email notification, with just a link to the page when I update it each week, rather than an e-mail full of change log info... ie strikeouts and highlights? Just a link to the page saying click here would be ideal. The alternative is emailing a link every week to an ever-growing list of readers. Help!!!
