Not able to add files / pictures to Confluence

I'm on a free plan and tried to add pictues / files to my pages but it seems that it is disabled. Any idea how to solve this? I can't find "Insert /files" in my menues.

Me also using free plan only. I'm able to add photos , videos, attachments to my pages.

Are you having space admin privileges. if Yes go to space setting and check permissions.
