Need for choosing plugins

Hi!

We are a MSP with about 15 techs and 250+ customers. We need to consolidate all the data in one central place.

Our structure right now

Every customer have a folder with a spreadsheet with many worksheets like :

• Listing of all devices and IPs (servers, printers, router, switchs AP etc)
• Networks information (subnet, public ip, VPN, ISP etc.)
• Passwords (I know, i know)
• Licenses (Office, veeam etc)

Our documentation/KB is on word and network structure on Visio

First, I know confluence is cool, but I don't which plugins we should use! We need an "all-in-one" solution if possible or a good bundle of plugins. we are using Autotask for ticketing service and N-able on-Premise for connecting to each devices of our customers.

For the moment, $ isn't an issue. Do you have suggestions for us?

I would use:

1. Jira Service Desk for ticketing
2. Insight to manage the assets
3. Confluence to manage knowledge base, documentation and other content
