Is there a way to capture read receipt on pages?

I am looking to capture read acknowledgment of critical information amongst a team to know if they have read a important information. Is this possible to do in 7.4 server? Also, I am not able to purchase add ins.

Unfortunately, there is no support in Confluence for read receipts. You would need an app like Scroll Documents or Comalla Document Management in order to have read receipts.
