Hi there

I'v just updated Confluence to Version 5.9.5. Now i have a lot of Log-entries like '[http-apr-18092-exec-6] [common.error.jersey.ThrowableExceptionMapper] toResponse Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: null'

On the next line, there is the URL to the used page and the URL to the taken Action, example:

-- referer: /confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=430702879 | url: /confluence/rest/watch-button/1.0/watchState/430702879 | userName: .....'

I've tested this. Every time a user klicks on the 'watch-button' on a versioned page, the log gets an entry like above.

My Question: how can i hide the watch-button on all versioned pages?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Roman,

There's a bug already fixed for this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-45592

In this case you'll need to upgrade Confluence to 5.10.0 or newer in order to fix the problem.

I hope it helps! smile

Hi Eduardo

Thanks for your help resp. hint. We are now on Release 5.9.12 and have still the same issue.

Next February we will update to Version 6.x. Therefore this is a good message, that we could really fix this.

Thanks and merry Chrismas and a happy new Year!

Roman
