How to hide the left panel (content tree) from a space?

We want to give our products documentation the look of Atlassian documentation. A landing page where we could list all our products which can then lead to respect help sections. Can you please guide us on this?
Also can you please help me out as how to achieve the content tree on the same page without loading the left panel, just like confluence use in its help pages.

The Atlassian documentation uses the functionality provided by Scroll Viewport. I suggest you install it as a trial in your test environment and see what the features can do. If you cannot figure it all out, just post in the Community again, we are happy to help.
