How to add personal details field in profiles

Hello,

I'm having a difficulties on how to edit/add fields to profile pages 

I want to add fields like "phone number" & "Line user account name" as it was required to be used in my company

currently I have privilege as a site admin

please help

Hi @Ryan Triwardhana,

You can not add fields directly to your profile. But by using the Custom User Profiles for Confluence add-on you can add fields. This add-on is only for the cloud instance.

This is silly. Why not provide basic fields that people require on a daily basis? This seems like a huge oversight. Having a phone number field is hardly an outlier within the context of a ticketing application — especially for distributed teams!

I'm running into more and more things like this every day.. simple features that Atlassian leaves out so plugin authors can make money.
