How do I open an link to a PDF-file, with showing the bookmarks ?

My PDFs do open with an outline or the bookmarks.

They never only open the page, because there is no orientation.

When I link to a PDF in CONFLUENCE, the PDF-file is only shown with the first page.

The PDF is nearly useless without the bookmarks!

There are nearly 400 pages in every document... 

Do you have any solution for me?

Der, what "hidden button"? If it's hidden, it's hidden well because I'm not sure what you're referring to. I've attached a screenshot of what I see.

but You can show the Bookmarks wit the hidden butten in the upper left corner

What are pdf bookmarks?

No product im aware of outside of adobe reader allows you to open a pdf to a page.
