Yes, quite easy.

Do you want to include the whole page? In that case, simply use the Include Page macro in the pages where you want to duplicate the information and refer to the original page.

Do you only want to include part of a page? In that case, you need to choose one page that will contain the information, and put that information inside of an Excerpt macro. Then, on the pages where you want to duplicate the information, insert the Excerpt Include macro and refer to the original page.

Do you want to excerpt multiple sections out of a page? It's not possible with the base version of Confluence, but you can use the Multi-excerpt add-on to include that functionality.
