Edit user's reputation points in CQ

I understand there is no REST api (yet) for updating user's reputation points. (there is for thresholds : https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/11974189)

What table should I update if I need to bump the reputation points for selected few people, so they can moderate Q's in their spaces? thanks!

(instead of lowering the thresholds for all I'd better hand-pick a couple of people to have these super-powers)
