Custom emojis not rendering

Kevin Uhlig January 8, 2021

Hello, my custom emojis that I created render and display with no problems on Confluence pages accessed when signed into my Atlassian account.

However, in Incognito mode, or pages I have made public, the emojis do not render. The alternate text displays instead.

Example: I have emoji in second-last paragraph of this page: https://mealsuite.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MCD/pages/1018691656/Nutrient+Analysis.

I'm using Confluence Cloud.

Thanks for any help.

Kevin,

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately this is a known issue without a workaround at this time.  If you'd like to add a comment and follow Atlassian's progress on a fix: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-65481

You might also want to check out this issue, because other problems have been reported with custom emojis: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-67768
