Confluence/JIRA Access

Hi All,

 

I have a supplier that is having issues accessing Confluence/JIRA. He had access to confluence under a username but got a mail to say his ID has now changed. He has tried to access using the new username and has reset password to no joy and has no access for the past month.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Alex

Can you tell us about the hosting type of your Confluence and Jira so we can help accordingly. There is Cloud, Server and Data Center. While cloud is a service hosted by Atlassian Server and DC are ususally hosted in house. :)
