Comala workflows - multiple editors in chief?

Is it possible to have multiple editors in chief using workflows? what if a document needs to be approved and the lone editor in chief is not present?

Hi @Alexander levy, it sounds like you're using the standard "Editor and staff approval" workflow? Is that correct?

If so, there's no way to adjust the editors through the GUI, but you could do it through the mark-up. It's relatively easy to add multiple reviewers, and we have a section in our documentation dedicated to it: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CWL/Adding+Multiple+Reviews

If this isn't a recurring issue, and you just need to do it once in a while, a Confluence admin can bypass the state, using State Override, discussed here: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CWL/Adding+Multiple+Reviews. Not that this definitely isn't "compliance friendly", but it does help in situations of sudden illness etc.

Let me know if you need more information about either of these options! Good luck :)
