I have a documentation generated using appledocs. It is saved in my repository. Is there a way to add it to confluence? For anybody who doesn't know about appledocs, please check https://objcsharp.wordpress.com/2013/09/24/how-to-generate-beautiful-apple-style-documentation-in-xcode-5/
Yes, you can always upload it, but if you want to make it look good, you're going to need to think about importing rather than just uploading (as an upload just attaches an object)
What format is the appledocs stored in? It needs to be one you can import.

Ok, that's not a great 1:1 import route, but there are options.
