Are there any additional settings that deal with uploading a file to a documentation space?

I have created a documentation space and I have uploaded several different files, however I have one file (.mp4) that will not upload it states it is 90MB.  I have set the attachment limit to 500MB (it was originally 100 which should have been sufficient) however I am still getting the error message stating "The file size exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved" any suggestions would help.

Hi Amanda,

  • Can you confirm your Confluence Server version?
  • Are you uploading the attachments directly in Confluence or using the WebDAV Workaround?
  • If you were doing it directly, are you able to upload them using WebDAV?
  • Can you show us a screenshot of the error you are receiving?
  • And lastly, what error messages do you see int he Confluence Application logs when you attempt to upload the attachment?

Thank you!

Regards,

Shannon
