API for update the JIRA page without pain

Dani Livshitz May 14, 2020

HI!!

For the moment we are using this API for updating the page

https://kanasoftware.jira.com/wiki/rest/api/

And it's response all the Jira page data, when the data page started to be very big , the push to page started to be very difficult

1. The data disappears

2. Tags on the page should be removed

Q: Maybe do you have/can develop another API for only update the page which already has data, and not manipulate with all previous data in the page?

1. Let us know, how large is the Jira page and how much data has in it.
2. Kindly let us know, which type of data you want to delete from the page, is it labels or macros or text data?

Thanks,

Maybe try the Jira CLI?

Ok.

Do you can recommend me any Jira CLI Action to update the wiki Jira page?

There are a ton of examples in their docs. Have a look at that and I think you should be able to see how things work.
