Подскажите, пожалуйста, как изменить язык интерфейса? В графе изменений заметка «Temporarily, currently only sysadmin can change indexing language and reindex all documents»

Per the document above it looks like you will need to contact Atlassian Support and submit a support issue to have them make the change.
