SynapseRT Plugin

I'm trying to use the plugin and configure it but it always give the following error msg:

Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

I've tried to turn ON/OFF the gzip compression but it didn't help.

Any idea?

Could you plz tell me if there is a way to creat custom fileds to hold 'STEPS' for a given Test Case?

I have't but I think the plugin is not compatible with Jira v6.X
