How to have a unified resource utilization view acros various folios

We are evaluating folio and need to share resources across various programs. The resource utilization is shown per folio but limited that folio only. Is there way to see consolidated utilization view for all the resources towards better forcasting and assignment?

Hi Prakash,

Via the portfolios you will have a consolidated view of the resource utilization across multiple folios. You can create a portfolio via the manage screen. To associate folios you simply need to drag and drop the folios you want to monitor. The portfolio will offer an overview, forecasts, a consolidated team section and a few reports such as the team workload report.
