HTML visible Jeditor

Hi

I have a strange issue.When i add new issues and i comment on them the everything works as expected. But when my users try the html code is visible. I have set users-user-preference to html.Do i need to set HTML as defualt for every user. Or is it enough to to set it like this :

The user profile in jira was using text as default Email type. I manually changed the user profile for each user from text to HTML. This fixed the issue with visible HTML tags. Now every user can see html content as expected.
