Edit Diagram from Preview - Error: PNG isn't inserted to the page

When trying to create a Diagramly diagram, I get problem when doing:

  1. Edit a page
  2. Click Insert -> Diagramly Diagram
  3. From the Preview, click Edit
  4. Edit the diagram and save it

When doing so, the diagram (as PNG) isn't inserted to the page.

Is there a way of fixing this bug?

  • Confluence 5
  • Diagramly 2.3.1

We are working on some workflow improvements and this is one of them.

Technically, you should save your page before editing a diagram, that is, edit the diagram by clicking the 'Edit' button from the diagram viewer toolbar.
