Hi everyone!

We are back from Summit and already looking at ways to help improve our Atlassian experience and I wanted to reach out to all of you for some ideas.

I have developed recognition programs before but that was more in the hospitality sector, the word Gamification was brought to my attention at Summit and also by team members at DSS today when my Atlassian Research Group got together to meet on training needs.

What tools do you use for Gamification, or what kind or recognition program do you have in place where you work?

Don't forget to sign up for the events we have on the 23rd and 24th! I have some amazing news to share with you guys about our very own Fabian Lopez.......

Hope to see you soon!

Cheers to a terrific Tuesday! Jenn

Very good topic. I am using Karma for Confluence in our vxVistA.org and it is very good. It has new owners now and they are working on upcoming new features. They have a good roadmap.

For Jira there is a similar product called Jiraffe for Jira

for bitbucket users there is one called Developer Karma Graphs

for Agile teams The Agile Poker 3.5 is a good one

I am only familiar with the first one. (I think we launched the feature in 2013)

@Fabian A. Lopez (Community Leader - Argentina, Florida, California) I just saw the video for "Karma for Confluence." It looks like a very entertaining way to get users to actively use the product and to learn how to use it better. I like this add-on.
