"When am I oncall" is empty but Team schedule shows I'm oncall

I want to export when I'm oncall to my calendar.

I found this piece of documentation for this: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/view-your-on-call-schedule/.

When I navigate to the "When am I oncall Page" in the Opsgenie UI, the UI shows that I don't have any upcoming oncall scheduled. However, when I navigate to my Team's oncall schedule, it shows my expected upcoming oncalls.

Why might this be? 

 

Just basic sanity checking thing: I made sure that the time windows I was looking at were the same.

Hi @David Hwang ,

One thing I would verify is that you are looking at the same user. In other words, be sure the user you are looking at on the team schedule is using the same email as the one you are logged in with. Team members sometimes accidentally create 2 users with the same name and different user names. If that is not the issue, I would recommend opening a support ticket so we can take a look at your account:
